1) Beliefs and Statements

• We love each other.
• We believe in consensus.
• We believe in respect, honesty, and diplomacy.
• We believe in cooperation and that together we can accomplish more than by ourselves.
• We respect each others' privacy, but we also belive in disclosure, especially when it may affect others.
• We will not reveal the nature of the relationship with others until the partner is ready, and willing, to be open.
• We believe in personal freedon and responsibility; we are responsible for ourselves and how we affect others.

2) Relating to each other

• Communication is essential; we are all here to listen. If there is a problem, bring it up with the others as soon as possible. Ask for help if needed.
• We have granted each other trust -- don't violate it.
• We may share confidence granted to us among each other, but we will not violate that confidence by sharing it outside.
• It's okay to not be up for sex, but be honest why.
• Ask for a hug when needed, give a hug when asked.

3) Relating to outside partners

• Always practice safe sex with outside partners.
• No planned sleepovers anywhere, and no play sessions at our house, without talking to everyone first.
• If you are caught out, let everyone else know you are okay.
• Always plan ahead when possible, and keep everyone aware of your plans, so they can plan accordingly.
• You may request someone not be invited over, but you can not request that all contact be broken off.
• Involve everyone as a new relationship develops, so that everyone has time to adjust.
• Outside partners need to be aware of our roles in each others' lives. They may be shown this agreement.
• Never interfer with someone's partner, unless it is an emergency.

4) Closing

• We can change this agreement if we all agree. Any partners brought into the family must agree to this agreement as is, or in a mutually agreed revised form.
• We have come together freely, and we may leave freely.
• If you are unsure about anything, ask.
